4 Ears corn on the cob
2tbReduced-calorie
  Margarine, melted
2tbWhite wine
1tbDehydrated onion
1tbParsley, chopped
1/2tsGarlic powder
1/2tsDried basil, crushed
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsWhite pepper
1/4tsGround red pepper
1/4tsChile powder

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Shuck the corn and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Brush the mixture all over each ear of corn. Wrap each ear in a double thickness of aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 min.
